We get it. By being the one hiring or recommending us you may be putting your head on the executioner’s block. We get what’s at stake for you. Now, know this: like a boxer who is only as good as his last fight, we are only as good as our last workshop. So even for our enthused repeat clients, we NEVER take their confidence in us lightly. We play to win! Good is not good enough – we want your workshop to be outstanding.

THIS MAY SEEM HARD TO BELIEVE, BUT WE PROBABLY WANT TO SEE RESULTS MORE THAN YOU DO. THAT’S HOW BAD WE NEED TO WIN. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE ORGANIZATIONS THAT LIKES DOING TRAINING FOR TRAINING’S SAKE, WE’RE PROBABLY NOT THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR YOU.

An additional investment of $290 per head is added for the 19th participant, and on. To further clarify, this includes the analysis, the design and the delivery.

Now, delivering an impactful workshop is a hard game to play and to win. Details matter. So, as we are beginning our relationship together, humour us sometimes when we make you feel that we’re sweating the “small stuff”. We’re not. Success is in the details. We might even have a different idea around what it takes to deliver a solid workshop that sticks beyond the initial 24 hours. While it is true that we never shy away from a good debate, keep in mind that this is what we’ve been doing for years, day in and day out. Because we are our own worst critic, the quality of our game has intensified over the years. We might actually know a thing or two that you might not know yet. That’s why you’re hiring us.
