Wikipedia man is a phenomenal workshop leader whose mind is a steel trap that operates on a process-driven path that crosses every T before most of us even think of it. To ensure everything runs smoothly and hits every beat, he also finds these uncanny ways of putting his clients at ease no matter the challenge. It’s probably due in small part to Fred’s infectious positivity that you just want to bottle up and serve fresh. It’s a rarity to find that person who’s both the sizzle and the steak. But we’ve found a piece of bacon-wrapped filet mignon in Fred.
