Ever since he read “In Search of Excellence” by Tom Peters as a 14 year old, Jason has been wildly optimistic that people can improve their performance. Since then he’s researched, managed, facilitated, consulted and coached around change management, innovation, sales, coaching and management. He loves to engage people on the critical, counter-intuitive skills that drive performance. He also spends time with managers as a coach - getting curious and listening deeply in service of their clarity and confidence.

Jason’s Master's thesis focused on Creativity and Teams in Organizations. We believe he also holds a Master's degree in Knowing When to Talk and When to Hold a Pause to Allow a Reaction to Develop.

Passion: Jason leads The Kinkonauts, an improv comedy troupe based in Calgary.
